If the book does not describe your house, ask for your money back any time within thirty days of buying it.
You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one. You do not need to explain what was wrong with it, show that you read it, or answer any questions first.
Email hello@davidleeus.com and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. One line is enough.
Use the email address you bought with if you can. If you cannot, tell us the address you used, so the order can be found.

We cannot take a PDF back, and we are not going to ask you to delete it or promise that you have. If you want your money back, you get your money back. What you do with the file after that is not a condition of anything.
Nothing. There is no exception for a discounted price, for a bundle, for an included free item, or for having opened or read the file. If you bought it, this policy applies to it.
You also have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days. Our thirty days is longer and simpler, and asking under either one gets you the same answer. You do not have to say which you are using.
Nothing we sell falls outside this policy. We do not sell subscriptions, physical items, or anything that renews. If that ever changes, this page changes first — before the thing goes on sale, not after.
If the email never arrived, or the file will not open — write to hello@davidleeus.com and say so. That is not a refund request and it is not treated as one. It gets fixed, and if it cannot be fixed you get your money back without having asked.
